Stannet IT BV in Amsterdam manages the website and the server on our behalf. Stannet only uses your data to keep the site running.
What data and why
Contact form and booking request
When you fill in a form we receive your name, email address and what you write (for a booking also organisation, phone, date, location and the details of the performance). We only use this to answer your question or request. The message reaches us by email and a copy is kept on the website. We keep it for up to two years after the last contact, unless it leads to a booking or assignment.
To keep out spam, the form checks how quickly it was filled in. We do not use an outside service such as Google reCAPTCHA for this.
Newsletter
For the newsletter we ask for your email address and, optionally, your name. You first receive an email to confirm your subscription; only then do we send newsletters. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we send nothing more. Subscriptions are managed on our own server, not by an American mailing service.
Orders in the shop
If you order something, we need your name, address, email address, phone number and the order to process and ship it. Order data is kept for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Visiting the website
The server keeps a technical log including the IP address, the time and the page requested. This is needed for security and to trace faults. These logs are deleted automatically after six weeks at most.
Cookies
We use no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. The site may set functional cookies it needs to work, such as your language choice and the contents of your cart.
YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube only sets cookies once you play a video; from that moment Google’s privacy policy applies. Links to Eventbrite, Spotify, Bandcamp, Instagram and Facebook open the site of that party, with its own privacy policy.
Fonts are hosted on our own server, so nothing is sent to Google Fonts.
Where your data is stored and who we share it with
The website runs on a server in the European Union. Email is handled by Microsoft 365. We only share data with parties needed to run the site, the email and any orders, such as a carrier for a parcel. We never sell or rent out data.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. You can also object to its use or ask for a copy. Email contact@marynakrylova.com; you will receive an answer within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
When the website changes, we update this statement. The date of the latest version is shown at the top.
